• We use special software which provides digitizing of sequins, cording, coiling, chenile, tufting, quilting and other fashion designs.
• Confidence: We do not include custom designs in our embroidery design stock collection!

How do we work?

Order

• Send an e-mail with attached image to: punch@komtekct.com
• We accept images in: JPG, TIF, PDF, CDR (converted to curves) or other popular bitmap or vector format.
• Specify the name of the design.
• Specify the material for embroidering.
• Specify the actual design size (Width x Height).
• Specify the number of colors and applique areas.
• Specify start/end point if differ from the center point.
• Specify machine format. We use Tajima, Melco, Barudan, Komtekct, PES and other popular industrial and home formats. E-mail delivery of Non-DOS formats (ZSK, FDR, etc.) is also possible.
• Specify delivery time.

Start

• We will digitize 1-st 2 designs with 30% discount.

Estimation

• Send an e-mail with subject "Estimation" and attached image to: punch@komtekct.com and we will inform you for the approximate stitch numbers.

Payment

• Bank transfer.
• Monthly payments for corporate and regular customers!
• In the beginning of each month you shall receive detailed balance for the previous month.
• We need initial deposit of 500 EURO to start with monthly payments.
• You will be reminded if your deposit is empty.
• Expect PayPal payment soon!

Delivery

• E-mail delivery for all popular formats DST (Tajima), Melco or customer specified, including non-DOS formats ZSK, Barudan, CEM etc.
