• We digitize mainly
custom designs for our customers in Europe and all over the world.
• We use different digitizing
software to satisfy customer needs.
• Confidential: We
do not include designs ordered by customers in our stock design
catalogue!

• Quality is guarantied. Free of charge corrections
• Small design changes - free of charge
• In case of different size of the same design only one
is charged if the difference is less than 50%. For bigger differences
- special charges
• Charging depends on the complexity and delivery term. |
How
we work? |

• Send the e-mail
with attached image to: punch@komtekct.com
• Image could be:
JPG, TIF, PDF, CDR (converted to curves) or other bitmap or
vector file.
• Specify the name
of the design.
• Specify the material
on which the design will be embroidered.
• Specify the design
size: width x height.
• Specify number
of colors.
• Specify start/end
point of the design, otherwise center will be accepted as
start/end point.
• We deliver designs
in Tajima DST, but also other DOS and NON-DOS formats can
be used: ZSK, BARUDAN etc.
Specify desired format if it is not Tajima. |

Send us 2 designs, which will be digitized free of charge
for less than 3000 stitches and with 30% discount for greater
stitch number. |

Estimation |
• Send an e-mail
with attached image and description on: punch@komtekct.com
and within 1 day we'll estimate the expected stitch number. |

• Monthly payments
against pro forma invoice.
• Together with
pro forma-invoice you'll receive detailed information about
your balance.
• Deposit: Initial
deposit of EUR 500 is required.
• The next deposit
will depend on volume of the ordered designs.
• You'll be informed
immediately if your deposit is empty. |
